Personal attention throughout the process
Since our focus is on SSD/SSDI and SSI cases, much of our time is spent going to Social Security hearings. When we are waiting our turn, we often see something that we find surprising: We see clients meeting with their lawyers for the first time. It seems as if the lawyer is just getting to know the client. It is, if the case is being thrown together at the last minute.
That’s not the way we do things. When you choose our law firm, we begin preparation right away — well before the hearing is scheduled. You will have three people on your side from the very start: attorney Stephen H. Hagler and two legal assistants. We will meet with you immediately and regularly throughout the process. When you have questions or concerns, we will be here whenever you need us. You’ll be able to confidently walk into your hearing, because you will know that your case has been carefully prepared.
No charge unless we get results
All SSD/SSDI and SSI cases are handled on a contingency basis, which means we do not charge unless we get results. If we are successful, we will only ask for a percentage of the past due Social Security Disability benefits you are entitled to. This percentage is set and capped by statute, meaning that all lawyers essentially charge the same for this service. In other words, you should choose an attorney based on experience and ability, rather than price.
